Chris Sutton, owner and Managing Director of eLearnAustralia.com.au has over twenty years of instructional design experience in eLearning.  Recognised by the Commonwealth Department of Education, Science and Training’s Flexible Learning Framework and the Queensland Department of Employment and Training as an Australian Flexible Learning Leader in 2003, Chris Sutton’s reputation as an expert and mentor has led to requests for her advice and support from RTOs and companies across Australia and overseas.   In 2005 Chris was invited to mentor to one of the first Flexible Learning Leaders in New Zealand (FLLiNZ).

Sarah Bock is the Senior Instructional Designer for eLearn Australia.  She has had many of experience in developing elearning resources for Vocational Education and Training.  She and Chris have a working relationship spanning almost ten years.

They lead a team of highly talented designers, developers and project managers. Their geographic location is irrelevant to the work that they do.  As each member of the team has the Virtual Office open on the desktop while they work, they are accessible to anyone involved in the ID process from both the client’s and eLearn Australia sites. 

For example, Sarah - located in Sydney - works intensively and extremely successfully with Surf Life Saving West Australia - located in Perth- and SME/Project Manager Narelle – located in Maroochydore Qld – without ever once being geographically in the same place.  The resultant product has been highly acclaimed and is often used as an example of excellence in elearning design.

Thanks to the technology of our Virtual Office, we are able to call upon those we feel have specialist skills to offer to a specific project, no matter where they are geographically situated.
