eLearn Australia chooses Elluminate Live! as its webinar and virtual office provider.   A long term Elluminate user, Chris also offers Elluminate moderator and participant training and Elluminate advisory services.

eLearn Australia has an Elluminate VOffice, a training VRoom and an events area in Elluminate.

The Elluminate Live! Virtual Office is open during client business hours for collaboration and project management. If we are working with international clients, we endeavour to have it open during those hours that both Australia and the client country is awake. For example, when working with clients in New Zealand, the office is open from 6am to 6pm AEST time, which makes us available to New Zealand clients from 8am to 8pm.

Client and eLearn Australia team members meet regularly in Elluminate for project management and other scheduled meetings. With application sharing, we can all work off and amend the same copy of plans and documents. By recording formal meetings, we avoid the necessity of keeping paper minutes. The meeting can be replayed in its entirety for anyone who needs to review it or was unable to attend. The recording also distributes any electronic documents that were distributed at the live meeting.

The vOffice address is included on every email or hard copy communication sent to clients and potential clients. SMEs and Project Managers are encouraged to drop in informally whenever they have a question. If anything, we are more accessible through Elluminate than by phone or email. Our clients liken it to being able to walk across the corridor into our office.
