Our approach to project planning
We work with you to make it happen
It is eLearnAustralia.com.au’s philosophy that we work WITH a client, not FOR a client, to produce a high quality learning resource that is fit for purpose and meets the business needs of the organisation and the learning needs of its employees or students.
Step one is often the development of an eLearning Strategy and business plan for elearning for you organisation. If it isn't planned, it won't happen... and if the plan is not well considered, it will fail.
eLearnAustralia.com.au uses a business planning process that takes into account your present elearning capability in terms of infrastructure, people resources and skills development and works with you to plot a course that builds that capability to a point where elearning is sustainable and affordable.
The Project Team
We believe that a pre-condition to a successful development plan is a bi-organizational project team, with a shared understanding of all the issues and challenges, which works as one to deliver the desired outcome. At least three people from your organisation need to be involved; the decision maker, a project manager and a subject matter expert.

The 5 step development process
eLearnAustralia.com.au’s ID Process is built on a five step model.

At the commencement of an ID Project a Project Management Plan is developed and endorsed by both the client and eLearnAustralia.com.au. This plan sets out clearly the roles and responsibilities of the various members of the Instructional Design team, the major tasks, milestones and timeframes of the project and the communications process for the project.
Every step of the journey is logged and controlled through an online Project Management tool that allows both teams to see the tasks and progress of the project at any point in time.
Our process is transparent and focussed on your business outcomes.
