- W3C standards of accessibility to ensure the ability to use aids for the visually and hearing impaired and other disabled users.

The continuous improvement plan consists of a consistent design and development process used to ensure product integrity and feedback and evaluation forms and processes to ensure that the product is fit for purpose.
Risk Management strategies are in place throughout the life of the project.
